It all depends sometimes you have no symptoms at all. I just went to the dr for what was supose to be routine ob visit and there was no heartbeat. I hope you don't have to go through a miscarriage it was the worst loss i've ever felt.

Sunshine if you think you had a miscarriage i would go straight to the ER and get check out by a doctor.....

most of the time you will be bleeding, and you will get bad cramps and when i miscarried by lower back hurt really bad.

you will bleed and pass tissue, and any pregnancy symptoms you had will go away
