Typically, you would contact the producer of the show. Since the show is no longer on the air, there is probably no contact information available.

If you are in NYC you can probably buy it on the street.
I haven't been to the "script," part of town recently, but, I'm sure the vendors are still selling scripts for various tv shows.

TV scripts are not published as books or put on the internet except for a few examples. Not many are printed and mostly just for the cast and crew. The only ones of this type I've seen are put up for sale on eBay and are copies given to charities or sold by crew members.
