Who knows. Let's see how they play if Lou gets suspended. Or maybe arguing with the ump really did fire them up. I was thinking the same thing.

Coincidence. Seems to me that there is plenty of fight in the Northsiders, just not focused enough on the field. Sweet Lou getting the thumb might have been enough for a short term wakeup call, but the fight between Z and Barrett tells me the whole team is mad. So maybe if they focus on the field, then maybe a few OTHER teams will be bruised and cut.

I don't believe in coincidences, and I refuse to call the game "fluky". Football has the phrase "any given Sunday", and the same holds true in baseball, or at least it does today because it's Sunday.

Everyone wins games, everyone loses games. Look at my home team, the Pirates. One night they have 3 hits, one night they score 9 runs. Pure coincidence.
