quoting ap wire and hillary...
As a senator from New York, "I have seen first hand the terrible damage that can be inflicted on our country by a small band of terrorists."
Still, she said, "I believe we are safer than we were."
Obvouisly by making that statement Hillary admits to liberal extremists Bush was right.
1.) knowing we needed to defend ourselves, isnt it clear surrender has no justification.
2.) how can she expect any sober sane individual to elect her in this country when her party knowingly and willingly jeapordizes the safety of our troops for millions of dollars to spend on peanut storage and other pork barrel projects.
3.)now that the extremists have begun to understand their error to a point, wouldnt it be nice to just get the xxx out of the way and let the conservatives who understand the threat of al qaeda and jihad is real simply finish the job without threat, again in september of leaving our soldiers vulnerable for sake of political gain and tax dollars

she'll say that today..but tomorrow rip Bush for more Port spending..
following her and sitting on everything she bellows..is a waste of time..this is all courting finances and posture.
she will never melt-down like that Stooge Howard Dean..she won't ever get the hard questions to answer.
I am sick and tired of hearing how smart she is..she is programmed and not who she is on stage..people feared her around the White House..she is a Diva..that shares Rosie O'Donnell's alter-ego...she is dangerous and will cost this Country dearly...she no longer has Imus calling her a "Fat-Liar"

She can say whatever she wants. She is after all still a politician.
If you think that Bushco with the Falwellites were good for your country you are very wrong.
Bush's war and the religious right have severely weakened your country socially and militarily. Your country has relied heavily on mercenaries, has contradicted international laws and is guilty of war crimes.
Your idiot appointed head of the World Bank, Wolfowitz, was forced to resign or face corruption charges. Republican after Republican has been going down in their own slime. They make the Democrats look like innocent virgin saints.
Too bad they are all politicians. Too bad Oil can outbid your votes any day in a month of Sundays.

The point of cutting war funding is to force withdrawal from Iraq. Not to leave troops hanging. Al Qaeda has no country or border. If we leave Iraq, in 10 years 30 years or whatever they'll still follow us wherever we go. Saying Al Qaeda won't attack US just because we're there in Iraq is totally nonsense. Not to mention Iraq has become a big training ground for terrorists since we started war.
Hillary and democrats pushed hard for better security in our ports, chemical transports, nuclear facilities...etc. While Bush completely ignored those.
We could have waited on Iraq regime change. We could have tackled Al Qaedas else where in the world. Think! Less terrorists around the world, easier it is to work in Iraq! We did the opposite. We should have fought al Qaeda else where in the world before going into Iraq.
I think we would have Osama's head by now if we had just put up 1 trillion dollar reward on his head. Instead we went to Iraq.
Democrats want Osama caught unlike GOP. They want some real security and not some fantasy world peace, democratic promotions craps. They want practical real security.
Iraq might be 'democratic' country now. But consider that the US installed Shiite gov in Iraq. And guess who else is Shiite? Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, all our enemies in Middle East.
Ok, so we got rid of Saddam, but we put friends of our enemies in charge of Iraq. Iraq isn't that simple as some think it is. Also the Kurds are starting trouble with Turkish rebels and Turkey is now weighing Iraq invasion to strike Iraqi Kurds. You know how complex this Middle East crap is?
There is real possibility Iraq could make some decisions that favor our enemies like Iran or Hamas in future. If you think Iraq will be our best friends forever you're wrong. This(Iraq) is free country now, free to make its own decisions whether it benefit the US or not.
This whole notion of planting democracy in Iraq and see it flower is a kid's fantasy. There's this whole complexity with secratarian power struggle, regional conflicts and many many more. This is Middle East. Not a lazy small town in Texas.
Yea I think Bush plan is great. If Iraq is only country in Middle East!
They should have tried harder at solving Israel/Palestine problem, catch more Al Qaedas around the world BEFORE doing anything with Iraq!
You don't try to do brain surgery before you go to med school. You don't try to fly Jumbo jet before you even get a license. And you don't go try to 'plant' democracy in Middle East BEFORE tackling some fundamental problems. This is not a video game. This is real world.
So I guess you like the fact that Bush spent some trillion dollars on war which he didn't have any plans for post war reconstruction or any exit strategy.
I'm sure you happily hand out scholarships to a kid who tell you 'I don't know what I'm gona do. Just give me that money!'

Hillary will be elected our next president because there is nobody else to vote for that is worthy of the job. Our current economy is horrific. The war is senseless. There is not one solid shread of evidence to link Al Quaida or Jihad to any crime in this country. I suggest:
1.) Thinking for yourself and not buying into all the propaganda.
2.) Some serious counselling to combat your extremist ADD
3.) Enlist in the military, serve your country, and see what it is to serve.

moonman, if you want to talk about who goes out and votes. I know for a fact a WHOLE lot of republicans didn't vote at all during the 2004 election, because they didn't want to vote for bush, but yet they were so stuck within their ideology, they didn't vote at all.
So it's ok for the republicans not to vote..right?
Let's not forget that a WHOLE lot of people waited in crazy lines in Ohio to vote, in a location that only had one voting booth. Their votes were never counted. That goes for all the people that needed 2 forms of i.d. to vote and had to endure road blocks to their voting venues in Florida. Geeee it doesn't take rocket science to know that bush's bro. was involved.
Try not to leave those people out.

I've got a question for you. Why do you object to all of Bush's crap and elect him TWICE!?!? wtf? You all complain about his policies and what his government does but a LARGE chunk of your population doesn't even vote.
Come on. If your country was any other it would have erupted in civil war LONG ago. So before you ***** get off you butt and go vote.
