I'm not sure what I pressed on my key board but now my address bar is lost so is file + edit etc how to fix it

please help!!!

Sounds like you accidentally hit the "Full Screen" command. Simply put your mouse arrow in the upper right hand corner and click on the little double box icon next to the red X. This will restore your view to normal.

If there is any part of your browser still viable, right click it and see if you can reopen your tool bars.

go up to the top of your pc with the mouse and right click,it will ask to check it to get it back
