If Eli plays like a top pick 11-5 10-6
If Eli plays like an average QB 8-8 7-9

I'm sorry to tell you but the Giants are in for a rough season. This was only an 8-8 team last year and they lost a lot. Tiki Barber was this team and there is no way that you can replace Barber with Brandon Jacobs and Rueben Droughns. Tiki also used to take a lot of the pressure off of Eli Manning and now Manning will have to take on more of the leader role and I just don't think that he has it in him. I mean look at when he struggles the most...end of games when the pressure is on. That is not the making of a leader. Their defense has potential but they just don't make enough plays. I like the drafting of Aaron Ross but I don't think he comes in this year and makes the huge splash that a lot of people are expecting. CB is the second hardest position in the league, I give him 2-3 years, than he will be pretty good. I think that the Giants will finish no better than 7-9, if that.

I don't think the future is bright for the Giants this season. Eli was carried by Tiki Barber this season, and maybe he'll overcome his mistakes. They also have a tough division to play in, and playing in the AFC East will be a challenge. Don't also count out the NFC North as well, the Packers and Vikings will be winnable games for them, but those games could slip out of their hands if Adrian Peterson runs over them, or if Brett Farve leads a 4Q comeback.

Look for a 6-10 Bare Minimum, to a breakout 10-6 season. My prediction, is 7-9

i think they can have 10 wins at the most. they are either going to do pretty good in a tough division or do really bad, like 5-11 or a little better. looks good for the future though
reuben droughns is no tiki barber, but he is a decent replacement

not to well maybe 6-10. Dont get me wrong, Eli is good and he can win games, but how many?? Plaxico is a solid No.2 reciver not no.1 with no real # 1 reciever and a good tight end, an injury prone running back. their offense can only go so far. The secondary is pretty old and slow, descent linebackers and a good d-line...how far can they go??

8-8 they'll have to regroup a little over the next 2 years and they will probably be close to or maybe a wild card in the playoffs this year. In 2years they will probably be a solid franchise.

They will do averagely......As long as they don't beat my eagles I won't hate them
