Depends on who it is, and what I want to trust them with.
Some of my friends are always late. I don't trust them to be on time, but I may trust them with a secret.
Some of my friends can't keep a secret, but are very dependable in other ways.
Its a judgement call. I usually rely on past behavior to decide what I will trust them with.

I trust all of my BEST friends. I can't trust ALL of my friends. Some of them are gossips.
