70-79 Borderline
80-89 Low Average
90-109 Average
110-119 High Average
120-129 Superior
130-139 Very Superior

as defined by the WISC/WAIS scoring manual. Because legitimate IQ tests are normed for age - this chart is good for any age.

In IQ ratings 100 is normal/average. 15 below is a little slow, more that 25 below is a problem,18 above is smart and 130+ is considered genius, proving the test was focused at the age level at which your are.
If you did an adult test and got that score, it would mean you are really smart. If you did the test that was designed for a younger person, then it wouldn't mean that at all.
So not having the rest of the information, can't really help you.
There are however on-line tests you can do to determine where you are.
Just remember, being intelligent isn't enough on its own. Without ambition, determination and a goal, you could be just another underachiever.

On average, your IQ will not change no matter how old you are as it's not based on what you've learned, it based on how you think/percieve and your ability to learn.

Depending on where you took the test, that is good.

My IQ (done professionally) is a 129 and I need a 135 to qualify for MENSA (It's a "genius" club world-wide, you can look at www.mensa.com). I'm 21, my IQ hasn't changed since I was tested in elementary school and now I'm out of college.

No, age isn't really an issue. They took that into consideration when the psychologist tested you.

Average is 85 to 115, so you are at the highest end of average. 115 to 130 is high average and 130 + is gifted.

You did well. You will be able to go to college with your score if you are willing to work hard (everyone works hard in college) and you did better than about 80% of the population.

100 is an average IQ, so 116 is above average. That is very good! Try this IQ scale chart: http://www.increasebrainpower.com/iq-scale.html

I don't have any charts, but that's fairly good. But it ultimately depends on which kind of test you took. An official test will yield accurate results, but an internet one most likely will not. I took an informal one on tickle.com last year when I was 12 and got a 123 but I don't think that was accurate (I got a perfect score on my ISATs in sixth grade).

Yeah its pretty good. I'm 14 and my IQ is 210, it just happens to be in the genius category. But, speaking in relative terms, you are pretty smart.
