no different than africa. at least asia is getting into the global economy, as is some parts of latin america. islam is totally against working with any non-muslim, so i see a lot of dictatorships, self-segregation, and extreme poverty

The real question is "What will all OIL CORPs do when the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Engine puts them out of business forever?"

It's not money that they are worried about, it's the loss of power. If they cannot afford to put hand picked politicians into office that OWE THEM BACK, they lose power.

This is what they fear above all else.

One thing for sure, WE won't be there. When the last barrel rolls onto the last tanker suddenly the slogan, 'If we don't fight them there, we'll have to fight them here', will sound really hollow. I suppose we could put up a sign that says.."Mission Accomplished"! Doncha' just love the irony?

A desert that won't sustain the current population there.

They're too busy fighting others and themselves instead of working on their land and water desalination projects like Israel.
