What should i play the Gsus2 or the F? Why does it have two for the same spot?

That's a G suspended 2nd over F. It's actually a variation on the Gsus2 chord which gives you a little different tone on the chord.

So on the 'e' (the highest one in pitch..closest to your lap or the floor), you'd have fingered an "F". Depending on where you're playing the Gsus2 will make a world of difference on how easy this is to do.

If you look at the website below, you'll see lots of Gsus2. Look for one where you're playing an "F" on the string I've indicated. The ones were you're on the first fret (I think it was the 2nd and 3rd diagrams on the top line), you'd play "over F".

Addenda: Checked with my guitar instructor last night, and he's pleased I'm actually learning something. I think he has his doubts some days. :-)

Oh, I think that's either a Gsus2 with an F as the base.

Or you play Gsus2 and slide up to F.

... Or something.

that means you play the Gsus2 first, then slide into an F chord.

well i play guitar im kinda a beginner but i also play viola and that means a slur meaning you start with the first one and slide your fingers to the next note it shows....its meant to be one note hope i helped!

g suspended f2 its a bit like dsus7 so dont get mixed up or play an aug9th
