Colton, you've asked this question quite a few times, but the problem is that you're not asking the right question or wording it right. I think you mean to ask "If I have deleted my Internet history, files, and cookies, can someone see where I've been browsing or retrieve these files back?" If I'm right about the question you're asking, here's your answer:

Yes, but your average home user probably won't be able to do it unless they know a good bit about how computers work. Windows and other Operating Systems don't DELETE the files when you hit the delete button. They simply remove it from the File Allocation Table (FAT) or file/directory table, overwrite the first character of the filename with a non-readable character, and take off the End of File indicator at the end. Anyone with a file recovery tool can get them back, especially if they've just been deleted. So, if you share the computer with a computer geek, you should probably worry about them being able to get it back. Otherwise, it's not worth thinking about unless you plan on getting a forensics investigator/examiner looking at your computer...

There are ways to protect yourself that work pretty good. There's a program called Window Washer that scrubs the space held by the temporary files, histories, and the file system. There's also Tracks Eraser that can do it as well. On the free side, you can use Eraser to securely wipe unused space, histories, etc. and Dariks Boot and Nuke (DBAN) to clean your system so that it cannot be forensically recovered by all known forensics techniques.

Enjoy,
WG

Ofcourse, all the websites are there unless the owner of the site removes his or her site. You will just get new temp., files, new history and cookies that you can delete.
