It's pretty good for a 13 yr old, but you'd really learn a lot if you could get singing lessons. You need to learn how to throw your voice. It doesn't seem to be coming from deep enough. Parts of it are a bit flat, but hey, you're only 13 and with coaching, you could do well. You've got the face to go with it, and I wish I sounded half as good!
