Neither of them sound like they are "worth the salt in your tears" I'd say GOOD RIDDANCE.... ASAP!!!!!!!!! To BOTH the so called best friend and the lover!
I am a true believer in Karma, what goes around comes around.....good luck and sorry you got a double whammy hurt, I had that happen to me too,(not just being cheated on but they cheated with my 'so called' best friend! So just dump them both out of your life, they arent worth the effort or time spent on seeking revenge! Life's too short, find somebody who appreciates & respects YOU as a human being! Good Luck!

This has happened to me in the past, although he wasn't my BEST friend. I just left her and let karma take care of the rest but I took revenge on him.

You can get revenge if you want. But before you do, think about this...
By getting revenge, you will be stooping to her level. Revenge is awful and you can get obbsesed with it and go to far.
Think about this, and then decide if you still want to get revenge
