My cocky arrogant asshole drug dealin neighbor down the street. It use to be nice here now we got him with drugs in the neighborhood. And he acts like nobody can touch him and he can do whatevet he wants. He even beat up a retarded kid. Hes an asshole and Id wish he could move or I could.
