well...there is this guy i know who really likes me and hes one of my friends in school...he is kinda shy...and his friend always trys to get us alone together...i just think of him as a firend but he may want more than that...i dont wanna hurt him and i think i mmight actally be leading him on...i want to let him know that its either firends or nothing at all...how do i do this in the most reasonable way possible? help!!! thanks in advance...

The honest and direct approach is always best. Even though it's almost impossible not to hurt a person's feelings in this situation, make sure you do it privately, and with as much compassion as possible.
Leading someone on with false hope, is much more cruel than honestly telling them there is none. Good luck!

If yer not sure, give him a chance! You never know, what could happen. If not, just tell him. If he's really yer frind and wants to remain so, then he'll respect yer decision.

You can just tell him that you only like him as a friend and that it won't really work out if you date.
