A band that is the very epitomy of kick-***. They stormed the charts with Bohemian Rhapsody in the 70's. The song includes rock, ballad and choral music - something not achieved by many people. They shamelessly wrote about the brilliance of girls with fat asses. Who Wants to Live Forever was written in the back of a car on the way home from hospital when Freddie discovered he had AIDs. The lyrics usually mean something if you listen to them deeply enough. And c'mon, if you're still not convinced they rock, when 15-year-olds still listen to We Will Rock You about ten years after the lead singer died -- it's gotta be a pretty fantastic achievement.

Queen mixed good old rock & roll with in some songs a lot of classical music and in others a small amount. To me they showed people that you could love all kinds of music. They did not fit into any molds. Their music was eclectic. Long live Queen. They ROCK!

Queen were arena rock icons for Great Britain in the 70s and 80s. A few of their hits will live on for ever. We are the Champions, We Will Rock you will forever be played in arenas and sporting events across the world.
