I couldnt get out of bed I had Hyperemesis and that lasted 4mths then i was extremely tired for about 2-3 mths and then felt great again.
Make sure you take a pregnancy vitamin (Elevit is the best!)
You may be lacking iron, eat more meat
But it is normal just take the time you need to rest it will not last forever.
Every pregnancy is different dont feel bad.

YES! This is my fourth child and in the early weeks I was so tired, somedays I could hardly move...which was horrible for my hubby and other kids...not to mention ME! Luckily both the tiredness and the sickness passed at about 13 weeks or so. I still get slightly tired now at almost 18 weeks but it is more because I have insomnia than tiredness from the pregnancy. Good luck...it WILL pass!

Oh my dear - the tiredness is just awful. I am 6 weeks and I work full time, by 3pm I am absolutely no use to anyone.
I find that by having an early night each night helps, it is best to give into it and eat a really healthy balanced diet. Its no use fighting it, you wont win! It only lasts through the 1st trimester, you will be feeling better soon.
Congratulations to you - check out this website for helpful tips:

That is why you are fatigued. If you throwing up all day you won't have any energy.
Call you OB/GYN doctor. In the mean time try to stay hydrated with what ever has some sugar in it. Try dry soda crackers. Something salty usually will help.
If you can't keep liquids down You will become dehydrated and your doctor will put you in the hospital on an IV.

Call your doctor and make sure that your are eating enough fruits and vegetables, plus protein, you should eat six small meals daily and make sure you are drink water at least 8 glass a day. This should help with the fatigue and also walk even if you don't want to it is good for you and the baby. You are blessed and you will make it.. God bless you daily

I noticed with my second pregnancy I was a lot more tired, because you already have 1 to look after. Just try to get some rest. and as hard as it sounds, I always felt better if I ate something.
