That's what I'd want to ask all non-believers, if I thought I would get some thoughtful answers:
What do you do when you're in despair?
What helps you when you're really disappointed?
Worried? Angry? In great need?
What do you do when you're all alone and you're enjoying an amazing vista?
What do you do when something fabulous happens in your life?
Who can you pour out your heart to? Who really really reallyknows you and still loves you?
Who do you go to for trustworthy guidance/
and about a million other questions....
I know to ask these on this site would only be to invite abuse, so I don't,. But I am truly curious.
Yes, I have lots of friends, a loving family, a best friend, a great husband, a trustworthy prayer partner, a wonderful priest....but they pale in comparison to being able to go to God with all of my stuff.
I have always said Atheists have more faith than I can imagine having. Just to get through even a week without divine guidance would be too hard for me....

My day always goes better when I give Him a few minutes in the morning. I rest better when I pray at night; sometimes I fall asleep during prayer :) I also send up prayers during the day when I hear of someone in need or in trouble. I would be lost without my daily conversations with God.

Usually once or twice a day. To me its not really praying its more like just talking to God. I don't ask for anything. I just talk.

I meditate on a Spiritual basis every evening and through the day as needed.

I talk to the Angels every day and God,I send them thoughts and also write down what I want to ask them,you could say I do pray.......................

heck i pray when things are going well. i'm certain he's tired of the same old i need i want and i probrably get more attention when telling him how good he's made things for me

i used to pray when i was younger; the usual night prayers and before sunday dinner - thing.
i'm more agnostic now than anything. i have no religious views now.. i don't pray.
