my cp has been working fine then i wneto turn it on today and the start normaly or with safe mode the black and white screen pops up. then it looks like it's going to start but a blue and white screen pops up raelly quickly so i can't read what it says. i don't know what do do about it.

Try to reboot in safe mode or last known good. Get that error code for us, it means something. Check for dignostic leds and tell your mfgr. Even if out of warranty they wll usually give you a clue.

Try taking it in somewhere to get it rebooted, or if you're computer savvy enough you could reboot the Windows system yourself.
