DId you ever hear of the Golde Rule? Whoever has the GOLD makes the RULES! There is that, AND I know that some of them get it from and trhough other sources while they are out, and the do way much more than alcohol. It is a bad thing. Truely, but the clubs do not always give it to them. I think it is a little of both. Some clubs look the other way, some are bought easily, and some of these kids get it form other people or bring in their own.

Money and Business reasons...the celebs see this place as a great hang out place where they can easily get alcohol while partying so they'd come back more often with friends. Club uses that as a promotional and advertising view where they get customers, and celebs. Whereever there are celebs there are papparazzi. Pretty much the club is getting their club adveritise for free.

Because they want free publicity and name recognition from having a celebrity at their bar/club even if the person is underage. They make exceptions for them but not for the average person which is unfair!

Because noone will turn down a celebrity who is asking for alcohol. Also, if they don't give them the drinks, their business will go down. Noone will go there. Personally, i think it's wrong. But hey, some people will do anything for money. Even if it's breaking the law.

A person over the age of 14 can accompany an adult at the bar, but this can change at different places it is up to the landlords discretion
