After I unplugged my dell and plugged it back in. Everything sounds like it gets power (hardrive, fans, etc.) But my front power light stays a constant yellow, and so does the monitor. Any help appreciated.

Your monitor power buttno is yellow because there is power bt no signal from your desktop. Boot to safe mode, see if you can get up. It may be a motherboard or power supply issue but could be ramm or processor. Check the 4 led lights, that will tell Dell what the issue is. Dell has a "diagnostic" on your cd. run that
