how to change ariens riding lawn mower belt that runs blade?

Most likely the mower deck will have to be removed. There should be a diagram on the mower deck showing the proper path for the belt or your owner's manual should show it also.

you don't have to do anything but take off one end of the tensioner spring and pull belt off , slide it out and put the new one on the same way , put spring on and go. helps to take the plastic pully covers off first on the deck
