Lindsey is one sick girl. If she doesn't make the most of rehab and stick with AA, she's going to end up killing herself. It is so sad and so avoidable.

None of these people you've mentioned are victims of 'Hollywood.'
Hollywood does not have a lock on low self-esteem, drinking, drugs, emotionally stunted growth, being pampered and/or being born into wealth. Many people across America have and still do suffer from these same symptoms without the privilege or excuse of blaming Hollywood.
Marilyn Monroe was used by men but she was equally a user of men, sleeping her way through show business to get breaks she wouldn't have gotten if she had to rely on acting ability alone. Unlike Kate or Audry she couldn't really act so she screwed her way through Hollywood to get good parts. And Anna Nicole Smith was also a user. Users like this become 'victims' when the 'prize' they have to offer in trade is no longer as appealing as it once was.
LIndsay Lohan and Britttney are only victims of their own immaturity.
Paris Hilton is a gamer who orchestrates such evens to generate publicity. Likewise, Nicole Richie. All Paris and Nicole (just like Madonna) are going to do is keep getting richer by milking the public interest in them.
If you want to feel sorry for someone, feel sorry for those who live through the lives of others instead of working to have their own fulfilling, rewarding lives.

Nicole Richie is most likely to end up in the same way, but the only one who could have comparable coverage would be Paris Hilton. She, however, has far too many big people in high places looking out for her well-being to ever fall completely into the depths of despair, it would look bad on her wealthy family.

Hmmm... Well, Lindsay might get off easy this time. She may spend about a few years in jail and lighten her sentence. Because I'm pretty sure that she didn't mean to do it intentionally. As for Paris Hilton, I think she need to spend time in jail and when she's finishes her time. She need to be put on probation a while. So Paris is the real victim here today.

She's not listed in the question and I guess maybe she's not considered a celebrity in U.S. (yet) but I vote for Miss Amy Winehouse. Sadly. I love her music!! She's some kind of an original for sure, but dang! She will die if she doesn't eat something--pure skeleton girl. Makes me sad, too-I think she's talented.
