Usually electricity, but I have a gas and charcoal grill. Nothing beats the taste of charcoal. There is no comparison.

In my opinion naturalistic gas is always inexpensive than electricity. Sure, if you do not cook up very much, the savings won't be that great. Apropos to the Department of Energy, electric stoves account for only 2.7% of electrical use for family that have them. The calculator at right will really help you to find which is inexpensive for your own particular condition, according to how much you cook up and your local fuel rates.
