Well, as I see it, it's going to be quite the fights. The Browns are looking up, now that they've had another year to get themselves healthy and together, plus they picked up Joe Thomas, and Quinn will light a fire under Frye. Pittsburgh's rebuilding a bit, but I really don't expect anything near as bad as last year. We'll be back in the fight this year. Ravens... Well, they're only looking up, picking up Willis, almost going to the superbowl... The only downfall I see for them is McNair (Who is one of my favorites of all time) is getting alittle too old. Cinci has one of the best recieving tandums I've ever seen and a quarterback that just picks defenses apart without mercy. Not to even mention Rudy... Who do you think'll come out on top? (I'm a Pittsburgh fan, if you didn't catch it.)

With as slim a chance as the Steelers have of winning the AFC North, I see perfectly why you chose your handle as Mental Duress.

The Browns aren't ready to win yet. That's a QB controversy, not a healthy competition, as the scattershot passer Quinn is a first-rounder. Their defense isn't exactly shut down, either.

The Ravens are reloaded for one more run, but they are getting long in the tooth. Willis McGahee could follow Michael Vick into a suspension with his attitude. They are close but my cigar goes to....

The Bengals have Carson Palmer and are getting their best support players out of rehab/jail/suspensions. This group should be ready to play some football finally.

I think the Ravens will win the AFC north, the Bengals may have a better defense, and may be much more discliplined off the feild, but I think the better defense leads to more wins as long as Steve McNair and the offense can back it up.

I think the Steelers will be tougher, but I think they are missing the Bus more than they realized going in this past season, I don't think they will get a whole lot better at RB this season. Roethlisburger will be healthy this time around, and with Hines Ward always being a threat, I expect improvement from the Steelers, but not enough on either sides of the ball to win the AFC north.

The Browns drafted very well with Quinn and Thomas, and don't forget about WR Braylon Edwards and TE Kellen Winslow. There's a lot of young explosive potential on offense there. I think the Browns will also be improved, but the defense still needs to be addressed in theire rebuilding process.

I am a Bengals fan so you know who I want to win. As far as who will is going to be tough. The Browns are up and coming but not ready to win the division. The Steelers do not have enough weapons on offense to get it done this year, but their defense may win them a lot of games. The Ravens are solid, great defense, but need to improve their offense. Willis McGahee was brought in to do just that. The Bengals have a great offense. They have a poor defense. However they did get some free agents, they are all healthy so they may improve on the defensive side. I think the Ravens are the team to beat, but I think the Bengals will be giving them a run for the title.

I am going to go with the Baltimore Ravens on this one. Their defense will be a lock as usual led by one of the best linebackers of all time. What will change is their offense for the better this season. They worked to improve their offensive line, and run game with the addition of Willis McGahee. If McGahee can get the yards that he need to it'll open the passing game for McNair. Add that with the shut down defense, and you have yourself a division title.

BTW speaking of suspensions and arrests I wouldn't worry about McGahee. I'd worry about the Bengals who have already cut ties with one player over his off-field actions, and have lost another for eight games for the same reason. The Bengals will finish right behind Baltimore, and will have to fight hard to take a Wild Card away from either Indianapolis, Denver, or San Diego.

I am not a Pittsburgh fan but I think they will once again be on the top of the division this year. The Browns are nowhere near ready to even compete for this division. The Ravens are good but I think they had such a good season last year because the Bengals and the Steelers both had extremely down years. The Bengals have one of the most potent offenses in the league but there defense is not worthy of taking this division. I think the Steelers have the pieces in place and they are better than they played last year. If Roethlisberger stays off the bike than they should be the team to beat.

The Ravens.
Cincy will need to show they improved their defense and can actually stop teams from being in a shootout with Palmer, T.J., and the Johnson "brothers".
Pittsburgh and Cleveland are fighting for 8-8 next year.

I would rank them as Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, Browns

Of these I believe Bengals and Ravens make playoffs

Steelers contend but San Diego and Baltimore will take the wild card spots ahead of them.

THE RAVENS! of course!! :) Might I remind you of the NFL's #1 defense and the greatest linebacker of all time being on that team? If the team can stay healthy and McGahee can get the offense moving, there will be no contest in the AFC North. This city and our players are still mad about that playoff loss and have something to prove in 2007. We're going to the Super Bowl!
