Yes he will. One of the best re-bounders ever. All the other crap he did doesn't matter.......he was a legend

I'd say NO. He simply was not a good enough basketball player. If they gave Hall of Fame spots to rebounders and/or defensive specialists, then OK - he should be in. But he could only shoot layups and had a "jump shot" range of about 4 feet. He couldn't really handle the ball and was a below average passer. He could not dominate a game on both ends.

If you are giving it to guys who do their job night in and night out, why not someone like Kurt Rambis or Cedric Maxwell or Charlie Scott? These were all very good players who night in and night out did their jobs, had better numbers than Rodman AND have rings. There are countless others, I only named 3. No way Rodman makes the HOF.

He is not but should be. If rebounds were valued like points, he would be in for sure. I once saw that 92% of the time the team with more rebounds wins. This beats shooting percent or assists easily. Dennis was one of the top 20 rebounders of all time.

He took the Pistons and Bulls to championships and helped the Spurs to their conference finals.

His personality hurt his cause for winning more awards.

BTW, I reported the spammer above.

Dennis Rodman won't make the hall of acceptance. 7 pts a sport might make him the backside ppg of any hall of famer. He grew to become into on no account a MVP candidate and purely an all-famous man or woman a pair of situations. He grew to become right into a damaging passer and shooter and a actual criminal accountability on offence. He grew to become into an incredible rebounder and an extremely sturdy defender yet that's no longer sufficient to get him in. Mutumbo grew to become right into a much extra suitable defender and prevalent participant and he won't get in. Alonzo Mourning grew to become right into a much extra suitable participant and he would possibly no longer get in. human beings say Steve Nash would possibly no longer get in. you're able to be between the very desirable to get in and Rodman grew to become into one dimensional and grew to become into nicely-undemanding for his outragous habit!
