If they were the same speeds I would say get the Kingston, its just as good as Crucial, also has lifetime warranty and will cost a bit less.

I would go with the Crucial since it's one of the most reliable RAM i've ever used. Kingston RAM is OK but they're not as good as Crucial (Micron) Ram. I've used Crucial RAM on my Win95,Win 98 and they still works to this day without any problems. The best RAM you can use is Corsair which is what i am using now for my WinXP. FYI, Corsair supply the RAM to Crucial and they put it on their own pcb.

Not a good comparison, since the RAM you listed for Kingston run at 667 mhz and the one from Crucial run at 533 mhz. Of course the Kingston RAM is faster but it's not neccessarily means it's better or more reliable. It's also depends on the ram timings, quality of the pcb, overclock ability,.etc....Crucial, generally make better RAM than Kingston.

Depends what you are doing. It has been my experience that cheap RAM will perform just as well as the name brands in most circumstances. It you are a serious gamer - then by all means go with the more expensive Crucial. Just remember - you can't mix and match 4200 with 5300 - you must use one or the other.
