I dont think so. If im right the house gecko is a forest kind of gecko. and a leopard gecko is a desert kind of gecko. Im not sure though

Probably not, unless they grew up together since they were born, and are the same length. Nope, because:
1. House gecko is a forest gecko and Leopard gecko is a desert gecko.
2. House geckos are smaller than Leopard geckos. The Leopard gecko would probably eat the House gecko.

No. House geckos only get about 5 inches were leopard geckos can get twice that size. A leopard gecko could make a meal out of a house gecko. Plus leopard geckos are more of a desert type species and House geckos are tropical.

No, reptile species should not be housed together. Many are natural enemies of each other.
