I did a scan on my computer immediately and my anti-virus removed it, but I am still concerned.

No, but you need to change your surfing habits and take off red flags like limewire AOell, bearshare, banzai buddy, webshot, weatherbug, incredimail, etc

No you are 100% secure if you performed a scan of your antiviurs and the virus was found and destroyed or placed in our vault. Your password will be fine.

yes, to be on the safe side, however most visuses will do nothing to get at your passwords, that is sypware and malware, but if you want to be safe change them
