Chances are that someone stupid enough to fall off of a cruise ship, will expire long before the voucher does!

i would think yes, its not really that easy to fall off of a cruise ship,unless you are doing something silly, so maybe they would want to return and do a successful cruise, so they then could think it was just an odd thing that happened, and they are not really silly and lacking brain power

Maybe the experience will be to traumatic for them to return and they will give the voucher away...to me.
