They came over to get away from constant judgement. Have you ever taken a History class, or do you just make history into what you want? Hey, if it makes you look saintly, why not? "Greed"? For what? They didn't even know what was here before they came. All they knew is they didn't like how they were treated where they were, so they left and created a place to their liking after years of hardship. The easy way out would have been to stay and whine for a gazillion years about persecution untill someone took pity and gave them what they wanted.

No, beleive it or not the Mayflower crew were refugees. There had been some rough and complicted religeous wars going on in England , and the pilgrim dudes had wound up on the losing side . Time to get out of town.

What you mean? My people didn't come over on the Mayflower. They came over to escape from the Nazis. Not greed, but survival.

First, the Spaniards came, and it was trying to find a trade route, so you might say it was greed.
Then, the Mayflower came. They were suffering religious persecution in Europe. So, you see, we have all been through some kind of persecution in our history. You need to read some history and also some psychology. You might find some answers to your bottled-up anger. Racism is not just white against black. It's also black against white.
