Ok, yellow comes in different shades and one of them is bound to suit you. A sure fire bet is matching it to your hair colour. This will always look good. Or contrast, a mustard yellow will look much better on you than one somebody tanned ( and is the coolest yellow in fashion) and a citrus yellow might just do you to ( also bang-on trend). However a weak lemon or pastel yellow will not work, that top is sort of one of these colours, try one with more pizazz.
This one has a good colour for you

Yellow is not as difficult a challanging to wear as most people think. I have oh so pale skin like yours but dark brown hair (so I can't do the tonal yellow thing like you could), and so can carry off the mustard or citrus yellow better than a tanned girl.
Get some yellow and try it next to your skin in daylight just to check!

The first thing a girl can do to neutralize sallow (yellowish) skin tones is to use an under concealer with a bit of purple. Purple balances yellow. Keeping your other makeup choices warm will also help. Male or female, one with sallow skin should avoid yellows, oranges, greens, and most pastel shades. Go with vibrant colors.

No yellow will make you look really pale. Try blue r purple or something. Wear yellow once you get a good tan.

its a very cute top!!
i also am very pale, and i think that yellow looks better on tanner people. i probably would not wear that color - i have dark brown hair and am very pale, but if your hair is lighter than it might look good...
if they have that same shirt in blue i would def. get that one because it would compliment pale skin and would make your eyes look beautiful.

hard to say...
I have blue eyes and pale but rosy skin, and yellow never does much for me. I have dark hair, but the issue seems to be the skin tone, as far as I can see...

would you try putting on some fake tan? The top would probably look lovely then. I wouldn't try it with pale skin though.... might wash you out. I also agree that blue would be lovely if you could get it.

Honestly, it would wash you out. If you were to wear any sort of yellow, I'd go with one that isn't such a pale shade.

Probably not. yellow rarely looks good on anyone with pale skin.

for me it depends on the girl. Like I might notice a girl with black hair as well as think she is totally hot yet see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
