I'm a BIKER...I NEED to breathe through my nose, who wants bugs in their teeth!...once I sucked up a bug in my nose while riding, it caused my nose to run while I was on the freeway during the summer, I couldn't do anything to stop it, when I pulled over I dried crusty snot from ear to ear!...eeewww.

in my nose out my nose .. sometimes in my nose out my mouth .. not much of the breathing in from my mouth though ... lol

My Nose, I hate when people breathe through their mouths all the time, it's so uncivilized. Especially if they have bad breath.
