Fish in general creep me out. I'm not scared of goldfish, but the larger aquarium-type fish, especially those with big bugged-out eyes, are very creepy. Catfish are also creepy.

I'm only scared of the Mutant Killer Goldfish who gets out of his bowl at night, slithers down the hall, and forces his victim to eat fish flakes until he explodes.

Hello,
I was living in an apartment in Southern California, while growning up, and the pet deposit for any type of animal was $250.00 usd, and we just couldn't afford that, so when I got ahold of a baby mountain lion (puma), I named her 'Goldfish", that way if anyone in the managers office were to ever ask me if I had any pets, I could truthfully answer," just Goldfish!"

i dont think anyone is scared of a goldfish unless it has sharp teeth the size of a walruse's .

what is scary aabout goldfish they have no teeth and dont grow too large, if you want too be scared you should have the fish i have they have two rows of small serated teeth capable of tearing other fish meat apart.

Funny you ask...this girl I knew from Korea freaked out when she saw my goldies in their tank...it was so funny! She said in Korea they had a tank without a lid and when she went to school there were dead fish in her backpack becasue they had jumped out into her bag. OH, it was funny...kind of sad though.
