It would be called 2-acetoxybenzoic acid. Gervald F would be correct but he accidentally forgot that the hydroxyl group was acetylated

Ester is an ok name. I like the spelling Esther better. Only because this is the way I am use to seeing it spelled that way. Ester or Esther either way is good. Middle names to go with Ester or Esther: Hmmmm for some reason I keep thinking of Sue.... and May or Mae. Esther Sue Esther May or Mae Seems to flow together.
