You can eat it as long as you heat it up properly, rice is one of the dodgiest things for giving you food poisoning and pork isnt much better. you are better to cover it in foil. heat your oven - not microwave up to 180degrees and cook it for about 20 mins or at least till it is really hot all the way through it. You will be fine with that. make sure it is heated RIGHT THROUGH and not just warm....do'nt want to put you off but you never know if it has already been reheated leftovers from the chinese when you bought it????

As long as you keep the leftovers in the fridge overnight and then when you reheat your food, make sure it is heated up enough to kill any potential bacteria. Adding a little water to the rice helps preventing it from drying out too. The microwave is the easiest way to reheat that. You could reheat it on the stove with better results, but it would take you longer.

If it was refrigerated promptly, there's no reason not to reheat it and finish it up. If there's rice with it, add a little water to put the moisture back in. Then microwave it in 30-second increments until it's the temp you'd like.

sounds disgusting, but re the food safety aspects, it depends upon how you stored it since letting it cool, if it was covered and in the fridge and that was at the right temp 0-5degrees C, then you would be ok.
the pork thing isnt true, infact rice is one of the worst offenders for harbouring bacteria
personally wouldnt have eaten it in the first place but certainly wouldnt unless its been stored properly.

if you kept it in the fridge it should be okay. but sometimes the rice can go bad and have some real bad bacteria if not stored properly when it's cooked.
just heat it up good and it should be okay (i do all the time. and i'm still hear!! lol)

If it was refrigerated, then it should be safe to eat.
If it sat out at room temp. Toss it!
