It depends upon the type of skin you have...oily, dry, etc. If your skin is oily, you do not want a cream with a heavy, oily base. If your skin is dry, you'd want one with oil and moisturizers.

True Moisture Gentle Facial Lotion. My derm is the creator and I use it every morning and night...it's great on all types of skin. My skin is so dry right now from Accutane and it's the only thing that works to moisturize it. It's kind of on the expensive side but a little goes a long way...it's so worth it.
