can you change you'r visa from working holliday to a work visa when you are in Japan? Like if you can find a sponcer????

Yes, I did so. Because the working holiday visa allows you to work/look for work legitimately, you can switch it over to a work visa when the working holiday visa expires. The best course of action would be to find an employer willing to sponsor you while you are still on working holiday and just continue with them. To change a tourist visa to a work visa you would have to leave the country at least overnight.

Yes of course you can. The company that hires you will give you the proper documents and you'll need to take it to the immigration office in Shinagawa.
