OK,I'm just going to lay this out and you can figure it to be the babbling of a crazy man if you want.
You will notice,in the last three years or so there has been a big media blitz about women's problems.(I even saw a commercial about a woman's hip replacement that did nothing more than point out the fact that there is a difference between women and men!I mean are you women thinking"By Jove! Next time I need a hip replaced ,I'm going to ask for such and such replacement!")
I believe ,on a subconscious level women and men are being polarized so that by the next election it won't be about issues as much as it will be about gender.
Woman against men.
Mr. Obama will get his opportunity at vice president because a certain segment of America love the novelty of a woman president and a Black vice president.
I have come to realize that,in my opinion, the Republican and the Democrats are just two heads of the same snake.
We,the people, may think we are in control but in reality it's not what's good for the people that counts,it's what's good for the corporation.
Heaven help us all.
You don't have to accept what I'm saying.Just beware and chech it out.
See if the media is not polarizing the population.
I saw a segment on Oprah that showed a man that video taped him abusing his wife. And he had his fourteen year old son as the camera person!
Come on! what person,in there right mind,is going to abuse his wife,do it for a video presentation and have his son do the recording?(I could just hear the women in the viewing audience collectively sigh"MEN!"
Dr.pill has obtained that same type of videos.
One guy is abusing his wife while a hidden camera watches. But the man or the wife never moves out of the range of the hidden camera.
Just check it out next time you're watching tv.

This country is ready for a woman president. The President is the main face of our foreign policy and must be respected around the world, but the reality is that many countries treat women as 'second class' an thus would not respect a woman President. Just look at the ineffectiveness of the past women Secretaries of state. As for the candidate you mention, there are too many flaws in her integrity, character and positions to even be considered a viable alternative to many of the others.

I have no problem with Hillary being a woman. My problem is she's a left-wing loon! I have no problem voting for a woman, if she's the RIGHT woman, but when a woman finally gets elected to the highest office in the land, I think you'll find she's a lot more like Maggie Thatcher and Golda Meier than Hillary Clinton.

For the hundredth time, I dont give a damn what the gender of a candidate is.

My problem with Clinton is that she embodies the term "politics-as-usual". She jumps on the pro-war bandwagon when its popular, and jumps on the anti-war bandwagon now that its unpopular.

She refuses to do anything to end the war now. There are many things, tough tactics she could be using if she actually cared about all the dying and suffering, but no. She sees a guaranteed political win in all this carnage and devastation. The Democrats in Congress are passing weak bills that they know are going to be vetoed and then giving up and blaming Bush. Their whole "strategy" was "We can only hope the President will listen to us." Bullsh*t. Bush said last year that hes not getting us out of Iraq as long as hes in office. Clinton and the others know that full well. Theyre playing a game. Watch, theyre blaming Bush for not letting them fulfill their campaign promise of getting us the hell out. Theyre going to milk this til its dry to win the Presidency, and I find that disgusting and despicable. Anyone who plays politics with our soldiers and the suffering of the Iraqi people is despicable in my mind.

My candidate for President, former Senator Mike Gravel, recently released his Withdrawal from Iraq Act, which is a tough law that would require tough tactics to pass, but no one in Congress is going anywhere near it because it doesnt have a place in their political calculations. Yet again, politics trumps morality. And none of those people should be President, least of all Clinton, who had the sheer arrogance to smile her big hypocrite smile at the SC debate when Gravel was speaking about our soldiers dying in vain.

No.The US has many problems and bringing in a woman president at this time would only separate the two parties farther apart. We need a president that will work for all the people and can reach all walks of life .Hilary Clinton isn't the person for the job.

I certainly don't think we are. The muslim nation regards women as second class citizens, & they already hate the U.S.
Can one imagine what they will think of a country lead by a woman ? I can't.
I do think however, the country is ready for a viable third party. The republicans & democrats alike are all interested in themselves, rather than the people they supposedly serve.

The US will make the biggest mistake of their life, if they put Hillary in office, we have not seen nothing yet, she is not what she wants us to think she is. I am not a racist , and being a woman has absolutely nothing to do with the way I feel. When a woman of high intelligence and one that is really for the American people , and one that does not have her own personal agenda to use the white house to exploit that agenda like Hillary, then I would vote for that woman in a heartbeat, but this one is not the one.

I think that the USA is ready for a woman president. I feel that a woman is just as smart and any man and in many cases, smarter than them. There should be a woman president, but I feel that HIllary shouldn't be the first woman president. I don't agree with many of her views.

"But Carl Guardino, the CEO of the leadership group, said it's time the candidates stop considering Silicon Valley their "ATM machine" and started making deposits.

Clinton received a round of applause when she said she supports increasing the current cap on H1B visas. She advocated relaxing green card restrictions of engineers "so they don't go home."

Guardino pointed out that 53 percent of all engineers in Silicon Valley are foreign born and three of 10 new jobs are created by foreign born CEOs."

I think the U.S is ready for a woman President and could handle it, they'd actually be better off for it! LOL!

I don't see the woman being Hillary Clinton though! Sorry!
