I think you have to have both to make a serial killer. What I mean is that I believe there has to be a genetic quirk that is backed up by the environment the child is born into. Without both, you might still have a screwed-up adult evolve, but not a serial killer.

No idea. There's been people saying "Oh, my five-year-old likes to hurt the family pets, help!", and they're not abused or yelled at or anything, which sounds like they've been born evil or whatever. But if you look at a bunch a serial killers pasts then they have been abused, so that obviously points to made. I guess it's a little bit of both.

I wouldn't know. I'm not a serial killer!

Of course, if I were to make an educated guess I would say they are definitely made. People are not born "evil". They become "evil".

i'll argue they're born. we'd pick to have faith that all of us is born stable, and that there is a reason of why they turn evil. This makes us sense extra effective. besides the shown fact that one killer admitted that on account that she became right into a baby she had needed to kill somebody. She did no longer come from a undesirable history. At age 19 she became into in a happy relationship & have been doing nicely in her artwork analyze, gained an artists award even. yet this became into no longer adequate for her. She had began to kill cats, and instructed her boyfriend it became into time to locate a human sufferer. and so as that they did. Psychologists desperate she became right into a psychopath who became into on her thank you to starting to be a serial killer. It only looks that folk like this have been born with the evil gene.

Everyone who is a alive was born. Serial killers make themselves by the choices they make. They have usually had very hard childhoods with abuse of some kind, but nonetheless, no one makes them kill people, it's a choice they make.

its a mixture of both but it's mostly the way you are raised and the way your life is "made"

although some personality traits are passed down through genetics, i'm not sure that "serial killer" is a personality trait.

therefore it mostly has to do with what you expirience.

if it's true you can predict a future serial killer by their actions in childhood, then they're born. but occasionally I think they can be made by abusive treatment in childhood.

They are Def. made, mostly because they grow up right at first, but then people start making fun of them, or picking on them, or laughing at them, and then they grow hatred for people, and then if a girl/guy breaks their heart when thier guard is down, then they def. go into a stage of hatred for all people, and they get to a point where everyone is an enemy...pray for these people, because they are in need of God.
