Sometimes I feel unhappy but I don't know why. I'm pretty sure there's a reason for it, but I can never get around the reason.

Yes, it happens quite often. Sometimes I find I'm in a really bad mood, for no particular reason. Other times I suddenly feel extremely sad. Random mood swings probably fall into the equation.

I oftentimes experience no longer truly myself. i've got have been given a split character, i'm effective. One is the strict, person Rissole who ticks badly-behaved infants off and is motherly to nerve-racking little examine-out women and the different is an fool with a stunning experience of humour (yet that devoutly hopes noone is dreadfully indignant by utilising it) who's the melancholy of her good, accountable siblings. yet I on no account provide as much as ask your self no remember if human beings will word.

i hate that feeling.
one day, i may be really happy and feel quite confident. the next, i'll be questioning everybody about their comments, wondering whether they're aimed at me. sometimes, i'm such a paranoid wreck!
the weirdest feeling though, is when you feel as if you're not 'there'. like you're dead and watching your body 'from above'. like you're a ghost or something. and that scares me.

Yes, i have really weird mood swings. They change so often even i can't keep track of them. But even weirder is when those times when you don't feel that it's you and you have to repeat to yourself "I am actually here". I can't explain it but it totally f*cks my head up.

Yeh, I think it's called feeling out of sorts. Lots of reasons for it, sickness, too much alcohol, drugs, weather, not enough sleep, too much sleep, allergies, hair in a knot, etc.
