I prefer people that know the area or live there. I like to how is job market is in Topkea, KS and does it have public transpsprtation. I don;t think so. I want to make sure. Any websites where I can found out more about Topeka, KS.

The job market in Topeka isn't great. There are alot of entry level positions. I guess it depends on what field you're looking in. Payless ShoeSource, who has their corporate office there announced a few months back that they were closing their distribution center there so there will be alot of people from there job searching as well.
There are public busses. They don't go out into the edges of town that are mostly residential, but do go through the downtown and main areas.
