There is no such thing as free music. A girl's parents three weeks ago had to pay 3000 and about 10,00 in legal fees for her free music.

There is plenty of music out there, but it is not free if you get caught. You are also more likely to get a virus on limewire or worse, bearshare, than more than five or six songs. Virus distributers count on ignorance, naievity and greed to distribute their product.

I may get alot of thumbs down because people dont want to hear the truth, but just because they want to believe something, no matter how much they try to justify themselves, it isnt going to change the truth.

***EDIT***
READING through the past posts. NO, Limewire is NOT illegal, but transfering movies, programs or music though it IS. And NO, Ares is NOT virus free.

i've got seen hyperlinks on YouTube to Amazon MP3 and iTunes, then this is legal, and usually value ninety 9 cents. in my view i decide directly to advise Amazon MP3. If that's a link to an internet site like Megaupload or Rapidshare, there's a stable threat that the music is copyrighted and downloading it may be unlawful (see Copyright Infringement). until of direction if it says this is uncopyrighted and/or a legal acquire.

I have been using MyKazaaGold for years and have never had a problem. You get to download unlimited music from just about any artist under the sun and you never have to pay any fee's per song. They also don't bundle any spyware or other garbage with their software, so it's really safe. Check it out: http://www.MyKazaaGold.com

Limewire for single tracks,

Azureus (bit torrent) for albums

learn to use Bit torrent, it's free and simple and gives you access to huge amounts of data at high speeds.
