I don`t think it`s a board game. It`s a Ouija board. You ask it questions and supposedly the triangle moves and answers you.

These are (so far) all the same answer. It's SPELLED ouija board, but pronounced WEE-jee BOARD, or sometimes WEE-juh.
Assuming you mean a fairly plain triangle with letters on the board, they're all correct. If you mean letters on the *triangle,* I'm dubious. I've just been looking at many, many online pictures of the "planchette" (as it's called), and none of them have any letters on it.
It can be considered a game if you take the purely scientific attitude, but that's hard for many people to do. For much more discussion, search "ouija" in these Answers.
