Do you mean "Simplify the square root of 60."? If so, sqrt(60) = sqrt(3*4*5) = sqrt(3)*sqrt(4)*sqrt(5) = 2*sqrt(3)*sqrt(5) or 2*sqrt(15).

you find two numbers that are perfect squares and factors of sixty
60: 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,12,15,20,30,60
so u take 4 and 15
and put them under separate radical symbols
then simplifiy the radical of 4
you should get 2radical15
