Optimum online boost.?

I am from Brooklyn NY, i understand that OOL works with how much users are on line at the moment, but these slow speeds are pissing me off. If i get boost will it help?

NO, usually programs like that are bundld with spyware/malware, etc. Becaused its packaged, most antispyware products wont pick it up. You can edit things like your mtu, but do it with the help of a knowledgeable friend
