It depends on how much artificial ingredients it may have added to it for butter, flavor, etc. Basic popcorn is a good source of fiber.

it is not as healthy as some people think...too much salt and butter is going to make it worse then a bag of chips. just check out the nutritional info on the side of the box before u buy
