I agree...read the instructions, they are usually very straight forward, if not use the help line that is probably located within the instruction booklet as well

They can be....but just make sure you know how to make and recieve calls first.....the rest will follow. See if you have a buddy that has the same kind of phone, and the can give you pointers.

yes, i've had one for quite a while & i still don't know how to listen to my messages - i keep meaning to read the manual but something else more important always seems to come up... maybe someday i'll get those messages...
