I wish I lived in that area because I definately would. I just fired all my bandmates for lack of conviction and drive. I go to school for Music, and I refuse to let my degree go to waste, and it's incredibly hard to find musicians that are dedicated enough to go full throttle until a breakthrough. Everybody wants it now, and not have to work for it. Good luck man, and seriously, grow some huge stones because you will find musicians who you know need to be fired, and it's the most difficult thing to do (that is of course unless they're a complete ***!)
