Well I haven't seen it because I'm not really into The Pirates of the Carribean movies but now that I've read this I dont think I want to see it. Everyone I've asked about this movie have said that it is horrible. The only people I've heard liking it are some hardcore fanatic girls who work with me that have The Pirates of the Carribean with a picture of the whole cast tattooed on their behinds.

i've been finding that with most movies in general that i've been seeing the third movie of haven't really been bad compared to whats out but just not as good as the ones before it i personally don't think 2 or 3 were better than the first pirates and thats how i feel about the spiderman movies also and shrek as well (but i actually think 2 was the best in that series) i think its most people like myself included are quick to compare it to the ones before it after all thats where they get the infamous line sophmore slump its hard to top a original espesicially if its a giant hit

Actually I liked it. There were a lot of interesting things like Jack in Davy Jones' Locker, which was very surreal; the ship battle around the maelstrom; the gathering of the pirate kings.

And Keith Richards was cool, but under utilized.

The movie 3 that bored me was Spiderman 3. That movie sucked. I was constantly looking at my watch wondering when it would finally end. Toby McGuire just sucks as Spiderman. I agree with David Spade who compared modern day heroes like Toby McGuire as Spiderman to John Wayne, Sly Stallone as Rambo and Charles Bronson. Those were men. Toby is a doofus.

i agree this movie did drag on till who knows when and they did make it seem like there will be a sequel, but i don't think that the people making this movie failed the success that is pirates of the carribean. it was a good movie, and if there is going to be another installment, i say bring it on and it will be entertaining and ppl should want to know what happens to everyone. and it doesn't hurt that both johnny depp and orlando bloom are so totally awesome (and handsome!!)!!

I agree..I've never been into the Pirates movies. Fell asleep on the first one. Feel asleep on the last one (and it was TOO long) but I think the second one was the best.

I loved the movie! But I liked that part when they got married in the middle of a fight. I honestly though it wasn't as good as the second 1 but I loved it!!!

I just saw it this weekend and it was very different from the others. Also it was too long. I liked the first two much better. And there were parts of the movie that were not clear on what they were meaning.

I am a die hard Johnny Depp fan. #3 was awesome. It tied up a lot of loose ends
and I am looking forward to #4. I'm sorry to disappoint you but I really did love
Pirates #3. Yes, there was a lot of stuff going on that kind of made your head spin but I was practically on the edge of my seat.

I did not like it either. Boring to me! Often the sequels of movies are not worth seeing because they rarely are as good. I don't care much for Johnny Deppt monkeying around either.

i actually concept it replaced into incredibly stable. however the ending replaced into poor, except they're going to make yet another one (i'm hoping so). It wasn't a happy Disney ending and it left me feeling depressed and desiring greater. something replaced into large, although.
